We understand that support requirements can vary from one business to another. Our customizable service packages ensure your business has consistent and reliable support to grow and succeed.

As such, we have two pricing options to choose from: 

Option 1 | Pay-As-You-Go Hourly Fee ($45)
  • Great for short term projects.
  • A one hour minimum is charged, thereafter billed in 15 minute increments.
  • An itemized invoice will be emailed at the completion of the project. A deposit may be required prior to work commencing.


Option 2 | Prepaid Retainer Packages 

  • Ideal for ongoing, long term projects where you require dedicated support to get your projects completed.
  • Available in 10 and 20 hour packages. Use these hours whenever you wish within 30 days of purchase.
  • Prepaid Retainer Packages include a 10% discount off of our standard hourly rate.
  • Unused retainer fees are non-refundable.

 Package Pricing:

  • 10 Hour Package: 10 hrs of dedicated service to your business for $405
  • 20 Hour Package: 20 hrs of dedicated service to your business for $810

Website Setup
Regular hourly fee ($45) applies.
Website design and setup packages include:
  • Consultation to determine your website needs
  • Installation of website platform
  • Your business logo placed as a header image
  • Set up and link to standalone pages (Content to be supplied by client)
  • Images uploaded and placed
  • Contact form
  • Link to social media platforms
  • Simple how to manual for blogposts and basic updates
  • 4 weeks troubles shooting via email
After the initial consultation, a quote will be provided with a detailed breakdown of all services requested. Hosting fees and domain registration are in addition to these costs, and will be included in all quotes. After initial set up, hosting and domain registration will need to be renewed and paid for annually (through a third party provider).

Payment Policy:
Any additional expenses incurred, (ie: courier fees, faxes, postage, mileage) will be charged above and beyond service fees. For large projects, a 50% down payment may be required with the final payment payable upon completion of the project. Payments can be made by cheque or email bank transfer.
